It was confirmed that we will have monthly Board Meetings on the 2nd Tuesday.
Money was approved to repair the damaged mailbox shelter.

Policy for rekeying the lock at the park. Each member current with their dues will receive a key to the lock. Replacement keys will cost $5.
Reminder letters to household who have not paid will go out April 1.
The Board recommends raising the HOA dues for the next year. We will post reasons for the increase by next meeting. We will also address the idea of late-fee charges.
